Hello! We looking forward to seeing you very soon - but first, there are a few things we need you to know;

Covid19 Info:
-We are following all of AHS's guideline's & more. In addition to routinely changing sheets and disinfecting tools & equipment between clients, we are now scheduling extra time throughout the day to disinfect other common surfaces and high touch areas.
- Your technician will always be adhering to current AHS guidelines, wearing a mask, only coming to work when healthy, and following guidelines outside of the work place as well.
-There seems to be a lot of controversy over masking recently, We do not require you to show up with a mask, this is your personal choice and we are happy as long as you are comfortable. 
our technicians have generally always worn a mask during most of our treatments, but if you would feel more comfortable that we kept our mask on for your entire appointment please indicate this when booking your appointment.
- There are multiple businesses being run out our building, to avoid congestion in the waiting area and entrance we ask that if you arrive more than a few minutes early for your appointment that you please wait in your vehicle outside until your appointment time. 
- No extra visitors or guests will be permitted at this time.
- If you are experiencing any Covid like symptoms please cancel your appointment by phone call, voicemail or text, last minute cancellation fee's will be waived in these circumstances - but please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to fill your appointment slot with another client. Our standard cancelation fee will still be applied if we do not receive notice from you at all, or for other cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice.


PLEASE be on time for your appointment; 
Because we are so back logged due to many pandemic complications, it is imperative to us and other clients with busy lives that we stay on schedule.
Thank you for respecting our time as we respect yours - If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, unfortunately we will have to charge a last minute cancellation fee of $25 for appointments 30 mins or less, or $50 for appointments longer than 30 mins, and reschedule your appointment for another date. Please understand that this is not a punitive policy, but rather one of restoration to help cover the overhead cost of an empty appointment slot.
