Hello! We looking forward to seeing you very soon - but first, for your safety and ours, there are a few things we want you to know;

- In addition to routinely changing sheets and disinfecting tools & equitment between clients, we will now also be booking extra time between appointments disinfect other common surfaces and high touch areas.

- Your technician will always be wearing a mask and changing to a fresh mask between clients.

- We will be requiring anyone who enters the building to come wearing a mask. If you do not have your own, one will be provided for you.

- Touchless hand sanitizer will be provided for you at the door, we ask that you use it on your way in.

- For the time being, we will have a locked door policy; if you arrive early for your appointment please wait in your car or outside of the building and enter when it is your appointment time, or if you receive a text notifying you we are ready sooner. 

-Please only bring essential items into the building with you ex. wallet/keys/purse.

-Please use your bathroom at home before coming to your appointment to help limit extra foot traffic within the building.

- No other visitors or guests. If someone is accompanying you to your appointment they will be asked to wait outside. 

- Payments & re-bookings will sometimes take place in the treatment room instead of the front desk to avoid congestion in the entrance way.

- We will still be accepting all methods of payment (same as before) but will be unable to provide change in cash at this time.

- If you are experiencing any Covid like symptoms or have been around anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19, please cancel your appointment immediately by phone call, voicemail or text, a last minute cancellation fee will be waived in these circumstances - but please let us know as soon as possible so i can try to fill your appointment slot with another client. A fee will still be applied if we do not receive notice from you at all, or for other cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice.

- PLEASE be on time for your appointment. Because we are so back logged with missed appointments and need to take extra time between appointments to properly sanitize, it is very important that we stay on schedule. Thank you for respecting our time as we respect yours - we don't plan to make anyone wait outside past their appointment time! If you are late for your appointment, unfortunately we will have to charge a last minute cancellation fee of $25 for appointments 30 mins or less, or $50 for appointments longer than 30 mins, and reschedule your appointment for another date. Please understand that this is not a punitive policy, but rather one of restoration to help cover the costs of an empty appointment slot. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment we will need to reschedule your appointment.
