Hello! We looking forward to seeing you very soon - but first, for your safety and ours, there are a few things we want you to know;

- We are following all of AHS's guideline's & more. In addition to routinely changing sheets and disinfecting tools & equipment between clients, we are now scheduling extra time between appointments to disinfect other common surfaces and high touch areas.

- Your technician will also always be adhering to current AHS guidelines, wearing a mask, only coming to work when healthy, and following guidelines outside of the work place as well.

- Anyone who enters the building is required to wear a mask (subject to change based on whatever Alberta/Calgarys current mandates are). If you do not have your own, one will be provided for you.

- Please help yourself on your way in or out to our touchless hand sanitizer provided at the entrance.

- For the time being, we will have a locked door policy; if you arrive early for your appointment please wait in your car or outside of the building and enter only when it is your appointment time, or if you receive a text notifying you we are ready for you sooner. 

- No extra visitors or guests will be permitted at this time. If someone is accompanying you to your appointment they will be asked to wait outside. 

- If you are experiencing any Covid like symptoms or have been around anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19, please cancel your appointment immediately by phone call, voicemail or text, a last minute cancellation fee will be waived in these circumstances - but please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to fill your appointment slot with another client wanting an appointment. Our standard cancelation fee will still be applied if we do not receive notice from you at all, or for other cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice.

- PLEASE be on time for your appointment. Because we are so back logged with missed appointments due to lock downs and the need to take extra time between appointments to properly sanitize, it is very important that we stay on schedule. Thank you for respecting our time as we respect yours - we don't plan to make anyone wait outside past their appointment time! If you are late for your appointment, unfortunately we will have to charge a last minute cancellation fee of $25 for appointments 30 mins or less, or $50 for appointments longer than 30 mins, and reschedule your appointment for another date. Please understand that this is not a punitive policy, but rather one of restoration to help cover the costs of an empty appointment slot. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment we will need to reschedule your appointment.
