We require a full 48-hours notice if you are not able to make your scheduled appointment. 

If notice is received in less than 48 hours, the client is subject to a $25 fee for services 30 mins or less and $50 for services over 30 mins. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your treatment will need to be rescheduled.

*Some exceptions apply such as extreme weather (we’re not mean!)*

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please speak with your technician directly, leave a voicemail, text, or an email to notify us as soon as possible. please include your full name and time/date of booking.

After three last minute cancellations, we reserve the right to collect a deposit or full payment in advance for future bookings.

No-show, no-notice appointments will be required to pay the full amount of the service booked. 

After one no-show, no-notice we reserve the right to collect payment in advance for future bookings.

Gift certificates or prepaid credit cannot be reduced in value to cover the cancellation fee or any fees; but instead, the fee must be paid to make the certificate or service credit once again valid.

It is important to us that our guests understand that the proceeds collected under this policy go directly to compensate, in part, the service providers who have lost income due to an untimely cancellation. It is by no means a punitive policy but rather one of restoration.

  • All purchases of services are strictly non-refundable but for your convenience, gift certificates and pre-paid treatments can be used towards a different service or area calculated by the dollar amount paid, or can be transferred to another person.

  • Prices & treatment protocols are subject to change without being announced.

  • To qualify for our touch up program you must first complete 6-8 treatments at Nova Beauty Bar on the given area within the respective timeline recommended by your technician. 

  • To remain on our touch up program we must see you for a treatment at least once per calendar year (exceptions can be made for pregnancy and other medical reasons, provided we are notified within 12 months of your last visit). 

  • Please do your best to arrive on time to your appointment, we take pride in our work and do not want to carry out a rushed treatment that could result in lower quality results. If you are more than a few minutes late and no longer have enough time to carry out the whole service (depending on your treatment and time) we will give you the option of a partial service at the full price, or to apply our last minute cancellation fee and reschedule the treatment.
